Shipping & Delivery
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Inara Home Decor.
We ship pan-India through registered and trusted courier partners.
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 working days.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.
- Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In most cases, shipment is delivered within 7-10 working days after India Post processing.
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
- Transit time varies from state to state.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly during festivals and national holidays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
For Urgent Deliveries:
- For urgent delivery within 24 hours (within Mumbai): Rs. 800 per order (delivery within 24 hours).
- Delivery charges for outstation deliveries: - All urgent outstation deliveries will be done by express services (delivery time 48 to 72 hours). Actual rates apply.
Special Delivery Charges for Diwali Season (Last 15 Days):
- For orders less than Rs. 10000 (within Mumbai), Rs. 800 per order (delivery time 24 to 48 hours).
- Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.
- Deliveries to remote areas are not subject to specific delivery commitments or guarantees.
Non-Availability on Delivery:
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address, including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us deliver your order faster.
