HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
*As soon as your order has been placed, an email as well as a Whatsapp notification with the details of your order will be sent to you. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email/message.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING OR BILLING ADDRESS AFTER AN ORDER HAD BEEN PLACED?

*We only accept one delivery address per order. Please place separate orders if you would like items delivered to different addresses.

*It is not possible to share samples of our collection with you. However, you can request for a video call for real-time images if required on a case-to-case basis.

*We manufacture and curate unique home décor products from across South East Asian Countries like India, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
*Each of these countries has a unique culture that speaks through its people’s enriching artistic origin. From quirky wall decor to tropical dinner sets, from minimalistic modern ceramic bowls to vibrant flowers, the warmth, and vibrancy were undiscovered for far too long and had to be brought home to you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?
*Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Depending on your location within India, your order should reach you within 3 to 7 business days

*You can contact our customer service at +919819197940 for the same before placing your order. Expedite delivery is possible only for selected pin codes to reach you within 4-5 days. Post confirming which, with the logistic company our customer service will guide you further on.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
*We are not shipping international orders at the moment. If you have a relative or friend who will be travelling to your location anytime in near future, you can choose to place a domestic order with us from www.inara.store. RETURNS & REFUND
WHAT DO I DO IF I GET A DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?
*We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.
*For our products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, colour, and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.
*We ship several thousand parcels a day and incorrect products, missing products or theft in transit is extremely rare. In such a case, please reach out to our team via email/WhatsApp as soon as possible and take a video before opening your box. In case you receive an SMS stating the order has been delivered and you have in fact not received the parcel, please reach out to the Inara Home Décor team within 24 hours of receiving the successful delivery email/SMS.
DO I NEED TO KEEP ANYTHING IN MIND WHILE RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT?
*We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IN CASE I DO NOT WANT IT OR DO NOT LIKE IT?
*We try our best to curate products that fit all spaces, but we understand that sometimes they might not fit in your home as expected. For such instances, we do provide Return services. We accept returns only up to 7 days post-delivery of the order. We would request you to clearly mention the items you wish to return. While returning a product, please make sure it is the correct one before you hand it over to the pickup agent.
*If it is the first time you are returning a product, the return will be processed without any charges. We will pick up the product(s) from your doorstep and once it has been picked up, we will issue store credits worth the value of items returned so that you can shop for anything else on our website. Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of placing the order are not refundable. If you have already returned a product with us previously, we charge a nominal fee to process subsequent returns.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
*In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order stating your reason.
*Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

IF I CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW WIL I GET MY REFUND?
*After order cancellation, the money will rolled back to your card/bank account within 7-10 working days post refund initiation. Please email us your bank account details so we can start the process.
*If you are returning the goods for any reason, the amount will be transferred back to after we receive the goods back in the warehouse.
WHEN WILL THE REFUND REACH MY ACCOUNT?
*Once we receive the item(s) in good condition in our warehouse, we will initiate the refund which will reflect in your account within 7 to 10 business days.
*In all cases, the refund will be made via bank transfer and not by cash.
